It was a good experience. Good prices and friendly service. Most items are sold at discounted prices. I bought a large loaf of bread for $5.99. This price cannot be matched by any other bakery. Coffee prices are also cheaper than other places. But it tasted great! Please refer to the photo for the price.

We absolutely love Hansel and Gretel. The Honeycomb Hot Late is the best ever and it keeps us coming back. The baked items are also very delicious, consistently good and fresh. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to everyone. This is our favorite coffee spot!

It’s a great cafe when it’s good. One of the best. Great drinks, amazing pastries. Cakes are fluffy and not overly sweet and so so cute. But every now and then the quality dips so severely that you wonder if it’s even run by the same people. Then when (probably the profits dip), the quality miraculously recovers.

The vibe of the cafe is so cozy and sweet but the employees vibes are the opposite. i am so sick of seeing nice places have staff with bad character. they also don’t know how to make lattes and don’t fill it up all the way because theres too much foam. someone needs train better and have higher standards with staff or you're making your place look bad. which is too bad because it is a really cute cafe. good customer service is very rare in this city and this cafe shouldnt be one of those places or it feels like such a waste. what’s the point of having a nice cafe when your staff sucks. makes the whole place ugly.
